Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed in USD either monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 20%. You will receive an invoice via email for every successful charge. Payments are processed securely via Paystack.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) as well as bank transfers via our payment partner Paystack. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons let you extend your plan without upgrading to a higher tier. For example, you can add extra locations, custom domains, or SMS notifications to any plan. Add-ons are billed monthly alongside your base subscription.

What happens if I exceed my user limit?

If your venue serves more guests than your monthly user limit, overage charges apply at a per-user rate that decreases with higher tiers ($0.03/user on Starter, $0.02 on Growth, $0.015 on Business). You will see overage charges on your next invoice.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains are included on the Enterprise plan. Growth and Business plan users can add it as a $5/month add-on. You point a CNAME record from your chosen domain to ZuSpot, and your guests will see your branded URL.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or your account is paused until you subscribe.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
